Good for them!  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Honestly, I know it gives them a tax break, but I think it also sends a message that they care about the company.  Or, at least have enough faith in the future of the company that they don't need an extra salary, just in case. Large salaries and bonuses for executives make employees feel like they are on one team and executives are on another.
