It was a big deal at first, then you get used to it. Sales reps and managers are publicly stack ranked by quota all the time, it doesn’t seem to cause any problems. And you’re right, it would promote more compensation equity.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;By the way, I got to your blog from the HR carnival.
